Sam’s enthusiasm for working with people and bringing clients along throughout the process continues to be an understated artistry of theirs. They are adept at verbalizing the conceptual thinking that goes into creating work as well as walking through the intricacies of visual design.

With an economy-of-design mindset, simplicity reigns supreme. Sam creates strong design that harnesses humanity and recognizes when it needs to be accessible or else invisible. They credit their early-career experience in the non-profit sector for their ability to create empathetic solutions that center the human experience.

As a non-binary creative leader, Sam is very outspoken about diversity, equity, and inclusion and continues to advocate for authentic, lasting implementation of these ideas in their workplace.
